What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device to remember information between visits. They’re used across almost every website to support basic functionality, measure usage, and — with your permission — provide more personalised experiences.

How we use cookies

We use cookies sparingly and only where they add genuine value. Our cookies fall into three categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to load and function correctly. These are always on.
  • Analytics — help us understand which pages are useful and where visitors drop off, so we can improve the site. Loaded only with your consent.
  • Preferences — remember your settings (for example, cookie banner dismissal). Loaded only with your consent.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Managing your cookies

You can accept or decline non-essential cookies via the banner shown on your first visit. You can change your preferences at any time by clearing the site’s cookies from your browser settings — the banner will then reappear on your next visit.

Most browsers also allow you to block or delete cookies on a per-site basis. Doing so should not stop the site from working, but you may see the cookie banner more often.

Third-party cookies

Where we use a third-party service (for example, an analytics provider), any cookies they set are governed by their own policy. We list the providers we use in the banner so you can review them before consenting.
